Ghajini: Not the Aamir Khan stuff

If I remember correctly, then the second post of my last blog was RDB review, an Aamir Khan movie, and this time it happens to be Ghajini review. I m not so sure bout the ‘second’ post thing, and I won’t get killed for it if not many virgos are reading this.
Ghajini the most awaited movie of the year. Ghajini known for Aamir’s 8 pack body building stuff. Ghajini dealing with an interesting theme like short term memory loss. Interestingly should not be seen for any of the above reasons. Ghajini instead should be wached for the cute love story between a hot shot business tycoon and a middle class struggling model. That’s it. The review should end here.
But I won’t sleep without mentioning where the movie lacks.
I can’t digest Aamir doing a movie having an early 90s kind of comic villain and his long haired bearded sidekicks. The Rajnikant/Mithundaa kind of action, where one Dharam Paaji power punch can make a dozen men bite the dust in a flash. Ya, we do we have a bicep tricep laden Aamir to do that and not a Sanjay Lal of Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar but still…sorry.
We have the movie title as Ghajini but Ghajini himself in the movie is quite forgettable.To name a movie Kill Bill, you need to have a decent Bill :)
Moojic, certainly not what u expect from A R Rahman. U hv a brilliant ‘Kaise mujhe tum’ but rest are so so.
So, why will Ghajini score at the box office? Certainly, for the reasons I hv mentioned Ghajini should not be seen :)
I would suggest cutting it into slices and take the one’s u want. It has everything for everyone. That is what u call Masala technology. In short, not the Aamir Khan stuff. We’re happier with RDB, DCH,Jo Jeeta, Sarfarosh or a TZP
